In general, whey protein isolates are designed to have a higher protein content than whey concentrates, which also means that isolates contain less sugar (including lactose) and fat. Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs for tissue growth and maintenance. Therefore, 100% Whey Isolate helps to increase and maintain muscle mass and also to maintain normal bones*. How to use

Mix 1 dose (25 g) in 300 ml of water, milk or any other liquid. The best time to use is after training.
